1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 12win8 website (12win8.org), registering an account, making a deposit or using any of the services provided by this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated in this document.

• ShopeePay

Minimum deposit: RM20 per transaction, regardless of the payment method chosen.

Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per withdrawal request.

Withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) hour after the request is received and verified by our finance team. Processing time may vary depending on ongoing account verification requirements.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

12win8 offers various promotions to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements.

First Deposit Bonus: New members are eligible for a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of RM300. The wagering requirement applied is 20 times the bonus value received before a withdrawal can be made.

Calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Balance RM300 → Required wagering: RM200 × 20 = RM4,000
• Deposit RM400 → Bonus RM300 → Balance RM700 → Required wagering: RM300 × 20 = RM6,000

Using more than one account to claim bonuses is a serious breach of these terms. 12win8 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings if bonus abuse is detected.

5 User Responsibilities and Restrictions

As a user of the 12win8 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Using software, scripts, bots or any automated mechanism to access or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt or impair the functionality of systems, servers or networks associated with 12win8.
• Committing any form of fraud including misrepresentation of identity, using another person's payment information without authorisation, or exploiting system bugs for unlawful gain.
• Engaging in money laundering activities or using this platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Sharing an account, login credentials or platform access with another individual.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and appropriate legal action.

6 Account Security and Password
